Re: Daily specials to beat the sales peaks!

Just my thoughts, but if the watch is available to add to your basket and you go directly to check out you
Should get the watch.

Re: Daily specials to beat the sales peaks!

Same here. C65 Gmt in my basket and lost during payment. No stock.... Frustrating, think I'll just forget about checking in again.

Re: Jan sale

Brown indeed Guy. Nice strap overall with quick change spring bars. Mixed branding having twin
Flags on the strap and CW on the butterfly.
The Vintage oak Black is more of an issue.
The XS is much too small.

Re: Jan sale

After receiving both straps purchased through the sale, both are incorrect. The 22 mm Green with Butterfly closure is Brown. The 22mm Vintage oak Black is an extra small With older curved spring bars and the Original Branding. Had to have been found behind a Couch cushion in the lobby! Certainly not...

Re: Jan sale

An Olive dialed C65 and a Bronze C60/blue dial
Along with two extra straps for me from the Sale.
Love the new packaging. A simple CW in a nice font
Under the twelve and all would be perfect!

Re: Issues with c65 trident diving - Winding problems

Just received my C65 olive dial from the sale as well. Beautiful watch. Approximately 20 turns of the crown before I reached the "stop" She's been running for 30 hours now and gained About 10 seconds. Also picked up a C60 bronze and have only peaked in the box as of this morning, but will wind and s...

Re: Returning a watch from the US?

The return instructions I received from CW stated to simply list the item as "wristwatch" and not to list return anywhere on the exterior of the package. I followed those instructions.
Laura at CW assured me this morning that CW would have the watch soon.

Re: Returning a watch from the US?

An update on my return. Finally found a post office with the knowledge to get it done. Cost was $78.00 insured for the max amount of $200.00. Worrisome, but best I could get short of the $130.00 for fully insured. The tracking now shows held in UK customs awaiting CW payment to release for delivery....

Re: Returning a watch from the US?

What Service did you use for $67.00?
That's much lower than I have been quoted
By my local post office.

Re: Returning a watch from the US?

Just curious, buy why does CW prefer the postal service as opposed to UPS or FedEx?
Custom issues?

Returning a watch from the US?

Having an issue with the USPS. My local post office is having difficulty finding a fully tracked and insured service to the UK. The best rate they can give me is over $130.00 and that seems excessive to me. A year ago I returned a watch to CW for about $58.00 I emailed Laura in CS about the issue an...

Re: C9 5day

My preference was the thin original hands and these were actually pictured when ordered.
To my surprise and frustration the watch received had the thicker new style hands.
I agree with your assessment, the watch is very nice. Other than the legibility issue mentioned I am well pleased.

Re: C9 5day

Question about the leather band, on the pictures I've seen it says Christopher Ward on the inside of the band. Mine doesn't it just has a number 20 by each lug. It does have a CW on the buckle but nothing on the band, is this normal? I got the 43mm charcoal dial on brown leather during the initial ...
