Re: C65 Anthropocene Limited Edition
Us watch fans LOVE the details, and it is probably a good thing that watch companies keep coming out with watches that have that one thing that's a showstopper for us, otherwise we'd all be bankrupt. I know for many (like me), the issue with CW is forever the logo position; and in this case a few ha...

Re: FLE #8 design submissions
Ok, so I've been squinting at C60s for a while and have come up with the collage below. It's late so I've probably missed one or two, or even have duplicates..! If so, let me know and I can adjust this easily. I've grouped approximately by style, according to my eye anyway! https://i.imgur.com/p8PkV...

Re: FLE #8 design submissions
If I were to go for a FLE, I think it would have to be the Dartmouth. I think changes that move the character of the original too far means it's no longer a Dartmouth and instead a (still possibly very attractive) C65 variant. I don't think the FLE should (or would be allowed) to end up being a top-...

If I didn't have steel Seaforth, I'd be sorely tempted. I think they are lovely watches, clean and well-balanced.
Actually, I am still tempted...

Re: Edinburgh GTG - Chat with Chris - Saturday 19th January 2019
Dear forumites Although i do appreciate the effort to stream the whole meeting, as a non english native speaker, i must say the sound of this video is so bad i gave up trying to watch after 25 minutes. I understand this streaming can be complicated to set and maybe the overall quality was good enou...

I quite like it, but I'll wait for the inevitable orange dial version... mmm how about a nice deep burnt orange colour with a black bezel...

Barton look good, I've never seen them before. The quick release looks very convenient indeed.

Re: Seiko Presage Cocktail "Fuyugeshiki" LE
For reference, this was the earlier version: https://www.ablogtowatch.com/seiko-pres ... e-watches/.
I loved the blue three hander version... it seemed amazingly well priced for the quality and is now very hard to find anywhere. It's another on my long shortlist...

Re: C11 Extreme crown slipping
This is a very delayed update, but back in March/April (I am not sure now!) I did get my chunk of titanium returned in working condition, so I am very pleased about that. Thank you CW service!
TBH I have babied it a bit since, in fear of another issue cropping up!

Re: Who has a Halios Seaforth on order?
I went for pastel blue too, because it seemed such a unique colour, and I am really pleased with it. It is overall a lovely, clean, no-fuss design. I am not a big fan of the fabric strap, it doesn't seem that well made and seems to irritate my wrist. I have not tried the rubber yet. Ever so slightly...

Re: My Seiko SLA019 Marinemaster Saga
I saw one of these on display in the Oxford Street John Lewis. I didn't try it on, but if they are rare and someone is interested it might be worth a shot.
