Re: Post a picture from your latest ride

^^ Thanks for that! 9k in seven months is quite some going! Very impressed you're riding it through the colder months when so many (mine included) are relegated to a charger and SORN. I've not tried the 1250 yet, but all reports so far seem to indicate that the variable cam is pure witchcraft with a...

Re: Post a picture from your latest ride

How are you getting on with the GS Richard?

Must be six months or so in? I'm so tempted to swap out my '05 1200GS for a newer GS at some point but do start to get palpitations sat in front of the configurator after adding the usual farkels like luggage etc.

Re: CW hints at what's new in 2020

Due to the continued success of the military line and CW's expansion into the American market, I predict an American military theme watch could be added to the lineup. Here's a design for the US market..... https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb36/aberlour/616INRmp8-L._UY445__zpsuegqxkll.jpg Hands ...

Re: "Crown Sore"???

Yes, I've had that quite a lot from my C60 v2's. Not at all painful, just a noticable raised red patch from scuffing against the crown after several day's wear. The v2 crown did have quite sharp edges which were radiussed off as part of the v2.5 facelift C60 which has all but alleviated the 'problem...

Yep, showing £405 on one of them, and when you go click to purchase, £486? Why is that
It hasn't added the 20% VAT

CW QC? what’s this QC thing people talk about
Sorry to seee that Tim. At least it shouldn't be too hard to get a refund, frustrating as it feels. Was that a NN? I can't believe that wasn't spotted before pushing back out the door.

Re: The Bargain Hunters Thread

Has anyone ever delt with Joma before? I've used them a couple of times ordering cheap watches delivered to a hotel when travelling Stateside. They've always delivered a brand-new untouched watch when they've promised. I understand that I'd have no real recourse if there was a problem but for the s...

Re: Favourite watch buy of 2019

For me it probably has to be the BBR bought second-hand from another forum. I'm very conscious that they appear a bit 'me too' and seem to have a tedious omni-presence on the high street but at the end of the day it's well made, well performing, handsome and fits a broad range of scenarios. My only ...

Re: Music Streaming Services

I can't add much more to those describing Spotify Premium except to note that their apps and web portal are so convenient for selection of music and to seamlessly switch the output stream to either the local device or PC or any of the Bose or Roberts devices we have dotted around the house and garag...
