UPDATE:
Peter Ellis, Co-Founder emailed me. He is the data protection officer for CW as it happens. I won't show what he said, but I am satisfied with his response.

Re: What happened to CW?
Delivered today, with the packing info, order info, order number, value etc. all showing to the public. Can't say I'm a fan of CW's approach to data protection. Shoddy - presumably that should have been the address label? Hats off to the courier for even finding you - I presume the delivery address...

Mike’s promise of change still hasn’t started it’s journey then. Correction, if I may. Change has happened. [emoj...

Re: What happened to CW?
I have just spoke to CW customer services. They stated that at the checkout there is a message stating a dispatch delay, and that orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days. I stated this was not visible at all, and I was told that I was wrong because other customers can see it. Here is a photo of th...

Re: What happened to CW?
I do find it all a little odd about peoples approach to business nowadays. This thread isn't the first example of where I've heard people telling others that they shouldn't expect better from the people they give money to. Why should people not expect good communication from a company that has willi...

Re: What happened to CW?
Having just gone through their last 10 years worth of accounts, I don't think 'growing pains' is a sufficient excuse if I'm fair. They have never been in a better position financially and infrastructure wise to offer what should be exception customer service. CW have been losing money for years as ...

Re: What happened to CW?
Christopher Ward are coming in for a fair bit of criticism these days. My view is that they are going through growing pains. All companies struggle at times as they grow, as various functions develop at different rates. I believe (hope) that as they continue to mature they will catch up and get bac...

What happened to CW?
Years ago now, I bought a CW watch, a few different things and spent a chunk of money. I remember placing an order, and the next day (it might have been the same day actually), I received a dispatch email. Communication was good, I felt like I was being taken care of. Now, I ordered a bunch of stuff...

A couple of those high end watches aren't keeping very good time
Regards Steve
A lot of them aren't worn often, these were a few from his personal collection. I'll see if I can get a photo of the Daytona. 2 mins.

Re: Did a photoshoot this morning... thought you might like!
Looks good and I like the sound of the R8 and the steak !! :) Went up to a local country club to take some photos. Here's the R8 parked outside! Lovely car... it sounded AMAZING. We finished up and stayed for a steak and a beer, wasn't cheap! :) Just working through all the photos so I'll post some...

Did a photoshoot this morning... thought you might like!
Here's a photo from the shoot. I am a graphic designer by trade, freelance, and I'm building a online store for a client who deals in luxury pieces. We had a nice little photoshoot this morning. Lots of nice watches, an Audi R8 and steak! :) Either way I figured you might just like the photo, it cam...
