Tottenham fan.
No girlfriend.
Lonely.

I did a psychological profile course.
That’s the result.
I would have said he is more likely to be an Arsenal fan!

Re: The Unplanned Tudor

Fantastic acquisition, Chris.

I paid my deposit on one a week or so ago and seeing yours in the flesh confirms it was the right choice.

Wear it in good health.

Re: Sea Dweller 50th Anniversary (Red Text)

I don't really agree with people getting their hands on a Rolex only to sell it on immediately for a profit. I had my name down for a Sub at two AD's, and not long after getting mine from AD#1, AD#2 gave me a call saying they had a watch for me. I passed on it though, so hopefully it went to someon...

Sea Dweller 50th Anniversary (Red Text)

A mate who has been waiting for two years has just had the call that a 126600 is waiting for him at the local AD. In the meantime he had already got one from another AD and he's offered to get this latest one for me. Apparently very hard to come by - especially at MRP, and Watchfinder have them at a...

Re: The 40mm Steel Rolex Submariner is Dead

About time too - overrated tat!

Rolex should focus on the jewel encrusted watches and perhaps introduce tri-metal variants - white, yellow and rose gold together to start with.

Re: Baselworld News 2019

Deposit paid on the Tudor BB Bronze - I was first to be offered and the AD reckons it could be within a couple of weeks.

He also said he would be taking my deposit soon on the 'Root Beer' as I'm next in line, so could be an expensive couple of months!

Pics will be posted, I promise.

Re: One Hell of a Brave Woman

Such a sad and poignant story, but at the same time a joyous post. Joyous in that you were one of the lucky ones to be able to share a whole lifetime with a beautiful, brave and strong soul mate who is now pain free and at peace. The dibilitating pain you feel now will ease over time, but the memori...

^^^^ I reckon that is the best looking TT watch that Rolex produce.

Neil
Would tend to agree and I'm still waiting for the call from the AD - it will likely be a long wait.

The 116621 Yachtmaster runs it close in my opinion as the best TT Rolex.

Chris - Cheers for the links, will keep my eyes peeled over the coming weeks  Bob - Not meaning to insult anyone, but terrible past experience with a Megane has been enough to put me off French cars for life! I will admit that they produce some decent looking models nowadays. Ryan, I've ha...

Re: What Car do you drive??

My PCH deal is up on my Tucson in May and I'm on the lookout for another SUV or estate. Haven't set my heart on anything specific, although I do quite like the Seat Ateca and VW Tiguan. I've been looking at Select Car Leasing and Nationwide Vehicle Contracts who have some interesting deals, but if ...

Re: C65 Trident GMT - Pepsi

The Pepsi looks pretty good to me and they will fly off the shelves, I'm sure.

But not for me - the Tudor GMT in my collection covers this base very well indeed - although I accept, of course, that's it's three times the price.

Still in the honeymoon period then, Paul? It won't last more than a few decades, I can assure you.

What a delicious watch that is!
