As with all these things, the rule is – if you like it, buy it.
 Yes agreed, unfortunately the last CWL Discount forced me to pull the trigger on the 316l Black, which I'm still currently admiring on a daily basis

Re: Non CW of the Day

Been using this all week, I'm surprised how many steps one takes when walking from kitchen table (office) to the kettle for your coffee fix during the day

Re: Quick Release Spring Bar Query.

Rich, Many thanks for the reply, very interesting. I think my point was, would the pins be robust enough or even could the clip be more easily knocked with it being exposed. A nice quick utube as well thanks

Re: CWL of the day

This arrived Wednesday, cheered me up no end. Been hankering for this for a while and the %15 discount code forced me to pull the trigger, Ye haw  The exact time was set upon arrival, 24 hours later it is still exact, neither gained or lost any seconds

You'll need to put in "normal" spring bars. The quick release spring bar remains in the strap.
Good point well made, I did suddenly think that they may be stitched into the strap  thanks for the advice

I have a canvas strapped C60 Trident inbound which has the QR Spring Bars. Can a NATO Strap be safely used with these type of bars or will I need normal bars, thanks in advance forumites

Having grown up in the 60's with Timex, this one is not for me. I do find myself drawn to the Marlin though

Re: Dartmouth

Thanks for the picture of the lume. I'm confused now though. On the CW web-site spec for this watch it states.... "Unidirectional aluminium bezel with TC-1 SuperLumiNova-applied numerals and markers" To me that means the numerals and markers on the bezel are lumed but from the photo they're obvious...
