Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread

Now I own 5 Panerai. 2 47mm, 1 45mm and 2 44mm. Love them all and love wearing them all. I find the 44mm Luminors a great size, the 45mm Radiomir feels almost like a dress watch being relatively thin and lightweight. Thumbs up for Panerai from me :) Mark I love that you sold a 40mm sub for being to...

Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread

A 512 or 620 but just not sure if I would get away with the 42mm case size. 620.jpg 512.jpg Paul you could get away with wearing one of those. Like all watch choices it’s a personal call. The 512 is the closest I have come to buying a Panerai. Another near miss being a 42mm Submersible. There are p...

Re: Non CW of the Day

You said it best - it is indeed gorgeous. I think I’ll be keeping hold of this for a long time. The polished case contrasts beautifully with the brushed dial. I’d always overlooked the Axis in the Pinion line up, so part of my delight comes from the surprise at just how good it is. In the course of...

Re: New arrival

Scrap what I said above about the Pure may go at some point. It will not. It's one of my watches that has been in my collection the longest and I love it.

Re: New arrival

Thank you. The simplicity of the Pure is one of the reasons it works so well. You could add a date but it would lose some of its charm

Re: New arrival

Congratulations on a great pick up. I can't highly recommended both Pinion and Piers enough. Fantastic watches and truely amazing customer service. I do indeed still have 2 Pinions and will always have at least one in my collection. Until recently I would have said that would have been the manual wi...

Re: Introducing the anOrdain Model 1

Neil Yes I do have one and I haven't flipped it. They are really nicely put together and in my opinion under priced. A great size making them very comfortable on the wrist. I had a hard time choosing between post office red and hebridian blue. The dials are much nicer in the flesh as you can't recre...

I've been looking at these too. Devicemonster have them at £196.99 but I'm no sure how reputable they are. Great looking watch though.
