I wasn’t sure about this #tide strap when I got this in the sale but it has really grown on me and is also really comfortable now it’s worn in and moulded to my wrist shape.

Re: Earliest known wrist shot?
This is at the 1984 British Motocross GP at Hawkstone Park. I’m wearing the Seiko Quartz I got for my 18th birthday, two years earlier.
I still have the Seiko but it’s sadly a non-runner now, though it lasted many years longer than my hair.

Re: C65 300 Pro light brown/orange strap
It’s the orange tropic rubber strap, just available in 22mm so it’s only an option for the 42mm Trident Pro 300.

Re: C65 Dune
I’ve had a look at these on the website and I can’t work out the case details. Dial and hands aside, are these pretty much the same case design as the Sealander but with a different crown and crystal? Im aware these are 38mm compared to 36/39mm but the overall shape looks remarkably similar in the ...

Re: C65 Dune
The prices are a bit mixed up on the GMT options, the canvas webbing straps are more expensive than the bracelet.

Re: I want to like it, but….
Mine is the C63 Sealander Elite. I love the automatic and GMT Sealanders, in fact they are my favourite Christopher Ward watches. I’ve already got a hunter green and a white GMT with the FLE on order and like the other two colours too. I also think the 36mm looks great, especially in white or black....

Re: Non CW of the Day
Wearing the quartz beater while I do a few jobs around the house. Probably the cheapest titanium watch available when I bought it, it’s now showing a few scars after sixteen years of hard wear and tear.

Re: Clearance has started
Interesting that the official sale is over, but these have appeared - wonder if it's just things that have been returned from the sale that they'd rather shift than hang on to until July? I think they more likely to be end of line items than returns. All of their SKU codes start with S, nearly new ...
