Re: Another CS nightmare (still in progress)

They should know every watch in and where it is in the queue at every second. Given some of the e-mail replies I received when I enquired as to when I could expect the return of my wife's watch, they obviously don't. "I will need to look into this for you as the watch should have been back in your ...

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

If my recent experience of their repair and dispatch records is anything to go by then all I can say is that something is seriously amiss with their processing procedures. I sent one of my wife's watches to them on 10th January, 2019, and when I called them on 25th February, 2019, to enquire as to w...

My reply above was in response to a post which has seemingly ( on my computer at least ) disappeared.

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

I sent one of my wife's watches to the company in January, 2019, as it had stopped. They carried out the work and then shipped it in error to a customer in Ireland. We eventually got it back last month. There was not even a letter of apology / explanation with the package. The Customer Service I rec...

Re: 1990's era Seiko Kinetic Titanium

It is probably the capacitor that has gone. I have an old Seiko Kinetic which I have been thinking of getting serviced for some time. I have never used them, but I came across this company some years ago.

Re: The dot on my C60 bezel has fallen off

I returned a faulty watch on 15 August, 2013, at which time Chloe stated that the turnaround time would be 2-3 weeks. I received it back ( with new movement fitted ) in about 10 days.

Ian, I believe the import limit is now £15.00. If Royal Mail are tasked with delivering the package they will charge an additional £8.00 for collecting the Duty / Vat on behalf of Customs & Excise.

Re: Sale

Just purchased a new Coral ( W60-SKS ) and a nearly new Emily ( NNS21-DEC ) for my wife. She now has seven CW watches while I only have three. It doesn't seem fair. :D

Re: CWL Logo. In a good way!!

Robin, I agree. The logo change was badly handled. I am no great fan of the new logo ( I do not like abbreviations and the use of upper case and lower case letters leaves it looking unbalanced in my eyes ) although I do accept that it works better on some designs than it does on others. I was just a...

Re: CWL Logo. In a good way!!

Although the C.W. website is still showing the Emily Deco with the old logo, the watch is actually being sold with the intermediate logo.
