Re: Jan sale

Anyone noticed how many CW watches have been listed on eBay in the last couple of days? Wonder how many of them came from the recent NN batches? Fingers crossed the potential sale watches end up in the wrists of genuine appreciators rather than eBay flippers. C It beggars belief how those buggers t...

Had an email from christopher ward saying they are definitely doing a sale, so that's something. I'm so desperate to get a mk3 trident just hope somewhere there is a discount.... not holding my breath though
You received an email. You must be a very special man. But thanks for the heads up👍

Re: Jan sale

Typically the sale pages are not visible on the main site for the first few days - there is a pre-sale for those subscribed to CW emails with a link to the pre-sale via the email, which is often copied to the forum. The sale is only publicised on the main site after a few days (by which time the st...

Re: CW hints at what's new in 2020

One thing I’d love to see would be an Explorer model. How about the existing C65 Trident Vintage MK2 light catcher case but with a “3-6-9” dial - numerals at these positions, a triangle at 12 and batons at the rest. 38mm size would be a nice size, fixed bezel would be perfect but the hands would ne...

Yep, showing £405 on one of them, and when you go click to purchase, £486? Why is that
It hasn't added the 20% VAT
I would rather pay the listed price :-(

Re: Crown wobble on 2nd position - normal?

As a second, or subsequent, owner there is a page on the CW website, to enable you to register a watch to be covered for the 60/60 Guy That's some good advise, I'll definitely ilook nto that. I'll monitor over the next few months and then make the call. A big thank you all for your advice, very muc...

Re: Crown wobble on 2nd position - normal?

Well done on getting the video up. If it was me, I would live with it. There is more lateral movement than there should be, but if it is still operational then I would stick with it rather than go through the palaver of returning. Then at its first service in a few years' time it could be sorted. I...

Re: Crown wobble on 2nd position - normal?

Is the crown wobbling on the stem? Or the whole crown and stem assembly wobbling when unscrewed and pulled out....They will have a bit of lateral movement at 1st position, slightly more so at 2nd position. Pop a bit of video up on the tube and link to it, I would imagine experienced owners will be ...

Crown wobble on 2nd position - normal?

Hi All,

I've got a C60 mark 3, second hand via Ebay last week.
Noticed this morning when resetting the time back the above issue.
Is this normal, as if I recall the movement I had on my mark 2, didn't.

Send back for repair, or live with it.

Please advise your suggestions are welcome.

Re: Looks like we're getting a white dial trident gmt

I would have preferred the bezel in stainless rather than black.
Just saying.
Their still may be that option?🤞
