Re: Finance for Watches

I think the discount codes work with the 0 percent finance. In real terms you are better off, unless it was a choice between this a good discount I think these are different to car payments of several £100s a month and invariably have an interest charge. I even got a Rolex gmt master two on zero per...

Finance for Watches

Dear all, I wonder if part of the success of expensive watches is down to the four or even five year 0% finance deals that lots of retailers are offering. Being able to buy a pretty impressive watch for £40 a month or thereabouts makes it affordable for many people. With this in mind, I wonder if Ch...

Re: C60 Elite GMT 1000

I must say I do like this a great deal. It has a bit of deep sea Rolex about it with the inner markings. Tough choice though between this and a used pelagos (two line) though.

Re: If you want to buy a Rolex

The service i have encountered has been pretty good to be fair. Back in 2016 you could get much better deals though, i got a free Rolex pen and two years 0% finance for a GMT master 2 and when i bought a DJ41 I got good service, but no offers of finance or freebies. times are changing....

Re: all watches sold - one big purchase ?

So a slight update, i got scared of paying 10k to a private seller on chrono24, so i didn't go through with it. the latest choice is between the following sea dweller 43mm anniversary edition or Milgauss blue or vintage sub and Breitling super ocean heritage with a green dial and a CW elite (so back...

Re: The "what watch are you day dreaming about now" thread

I have my heart set on a Kermit Sub, but the lowest price i have seen for one is around £9k. It is crazy money when all is said and done, but it is a watch that i have admired for ages. I wonder if it will keep appreciating ?
