Re: C60 Apex #001/100

That's a great looking watch which initially I didn't warm to but the more I see "real" photos of it the more I'm liking. Congratulations on getting no 1!

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

Disappointed is not the word. No sign of despatch of the watch as promised either Monday or Tuesday - No answer from customer services when I rang. This to me shows utter disregard for the customers. I know they have a sale going on, I've bought a watch in it myself (which I will now be returning be...

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

They've called me back and will be replacing the battery for free and have guaranteed the techs will be doing this on Monday. So it *should* be in the post and here by Tuesday! Fingers Crossed!

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

Just got off the phone with customer services again! They have had my C7 for a battery change for 7 weeks now. I was told 3 weeks ago it was in despatch, then 2 weeks ago apologies the sale has everything busy then today "it's with the technicians, there was a delay creating the invoice"! ...

Lavaine wrote: Wed Jun 19, 2019 11:20 pm It sounds like they will only do a battery change along with a quartz service. If this is the case I'd love to hear the justification. I've never seen any watchmaker recommend a service with every battery change.
My C7 IRR Cosc is in now for a battery change £20 no mention of a service.

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

My C60 mk1 was serviced last summer for £99. I can't believe the price has gone up to £250, that seems high. Are there any specific repairs/parts it requires to take it to that cost? Mines the GMT, not sure that would make £150 of difference to the service. As far as I can see there's no repairs ne...

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services

My C60 MK1 is in for a service and I've been quoted £250 + return postage , battery change on another was £20. Have to admit to being surprised at the service cost because all the threads I'd searched mentioned £150! My C60 mk1 was serviced last summer for £99. I can't believe the price has gone up...

Re: So..the wait begins/goes on.

I think maybe the frustration comes from hearing that some people's orders have been processed and dispatched and that the order this was done in seems not to be related to when the order was placed. There may be very good reasons for this but we don't know. I ordered two watches on the 27th and whe...
