Re: CW C3 Malvern MkII

I think this is the best bang for a buck CW watch, of course you have to like it though,

I brought the black Mk 1 in 2007 brand new, was around £120 with a promo code, swiss movt then.

Re: 2014 FLE Poll

Kip,

maybe Chris W could actually put forward what watch cases and movements would be the easiest to make a FLE edition, seeing as the C60 was a roaring success.

Re: Revisiting the Womens Collection

Personally I think the women's range is a distraction from the main thrust of CWL and should be dropped. However, CWL should develop a UNISEX range of watches in the 36-38mm size range as this would have the widest appeal and still fit with the ongoing development of the men's range, particularly i...

Re: Not Amelia, MAN-elia :)

Hello and welcome. If you dont mind me asking, what box did it arrive in. Was it the standard black and white substantial box or the rather naff leatherette spiky affair? If it was the latter the I think its luck of the draw until they use up the old stock. Unfortunately it reflects rather badly on...

Re: Not Amelia, MAN-elia :)

It's here! The watch head is nice - very, very nice. I can vouch for the crystal's clarity. Silicone strap is so-so. Extra leather strap is stiff as a corpse. Box is atrocious. Hello and welcome. If you dont mind me asking, what box did it arrive in. Was it the standard black and white substantial ...

Re: Not Amelia, MAN-elia :)

Thanks, Guy! My W11 is in the mail, and I have been worrying that it would be too big - lady here. Just to clarify, does the red measure 38.8mm? 47mm is bit long for me. Hopefully the curved lugs will make it work. http://i.imgur.com/JFTymKp.jpg On straps - I am still on the fence as to whether I s...

Re: Not Amelia, MAN-elia :)

Question about dimensions. CW website says that the diameter: 38.8mm x 36mm. It is 36 horizontal, 38.8 vertical? What is the lug tip to lug tip distance? Thanks! Just grabbed my wife's W11 and my measuring callipers. Case is confirmed @ 36mm w/o crown; 40mm with crown. 38.8 on the 12/6 axis. Lug2lu...

Re: Not Amelia, MAN-elia :)

I bought one as well with the black strap @£90 very impressed with the case and the crown, quite easy to read the time, don't dislike the see through hands but I see the new models have solid hands. The watch looked brand new. Definitely no lume though. Black numbers would be great on the white face...

Re: Help! Which C3?

I goy lucky last year and picked up the champagne dial with the brown strap just after I got the C9. Both are 20mm straps remember. I have been looking at replacement straps and for one that will do both. I know a mesh would look great on the C9 as demonstrated on this forum but I'm less convinced ...
