A very well regulated high quality non tourbillon will be as accurate, or more accurate than a typical tourbillon”. :lol: Neil Now write it out a hundred times. Yes Cent...

Got my vote :clap:
As long as they put it in the right watch, but I think that development might be some little time in coming.

Decision made! It’s going to be the Twelve Ti for the next 10 days or so. Essentials ready as you see.

That’s a fine collection, @iain and it has been good to watch the comings and goings.

1/10 counters are not a great deal of use if you’re trying to time something by sight.

We had a short but interesting discussion on the topic a few years back.

Bennylawton Welcome. Do please visit the Member Introduction section and tell us about yourself. 8) It’s true that model longevity varies: some of my favourites weren’t around for long, and some that I liked less seem to have been around forever. Still, if you bought one that’s not a problem.

Re: C63 Valour

@manicm I think you’re in for a surprise.

The Rapide was designated C7 and was in the Motorsport Collection

This is designated C63 (same as the Sealanders) and is in the Military Collection.

I do feel slightly amused by all the brouhaha and people feeling let down about this; I gave up bothering about this sort of thing years ago. Back in the day, I used...

iPhone 12 for almost all pics. I do have a nice Panasonic Lumix, but I’m lazy and rarely take it out. The Camera+ app for iPhone has a nice macro mode.

That’s a very thoughtful and cool gift. Mr Ralph sounds like the sort of friend who would take enormous joy from giving it to you. I hope things are getting better - enjoy the watch. :thumbup:
