After a long time dealing with Wera and Scott I sent an e-mail to Scott regarding my C60 Trident that decided to pack up on my recent holiday, I received an e-mail informing that Scott was no longer with the company!, another good connection lost!.

Many thanks for your assistance.
The Instruction book for the C4 Peregrine is also as new but the page of instructions for the change of day operation is not included in the book!!
Starts with setting the date etc.

I sent two direct e-mails, then used your advice and finally went onto the official C W Site and clicked onto their contact us, but still no response. I have every issues since the first and disappointed that missing the last two.

Many thanks for the information, I sent two more e-mails to customer service but no response!, looks as though I will have to spend some money and telephone them, thought it was an easy question to answer and resolve by just putting the two copies in the post!.

I sent an e-mail to C.W Customer service on 26th November as the last issue I received was 05 Summer 2017, as no response received I thought the Forum members may be able to provide me with delivery details.

I enjoy my CW quartz watches and especially a couple of skagen watches I purchased the only problem is that there is no way to be certain when the battery requires replacing.
