Re: C65 sh21 bronze v c60 bronze

IMO I would compare C65 Ombre’ Bronze vs C60 Bronze. Both are using the same standard automatic movements. The C65 SH21 LE is much more expensive for the second hand complication and in-house movement. TBH I have the C60 Bronze and I love it very much. The deep blue is so beautiful when combining wi...

Re: C65 Trident Diver SH21 LE

Pleased to know that your issue has been resolved. Hopefully it will run smoothly for years to come. Good luck!

As for my C65 SH21 LE, I am wearing it for two consecutive weeks now. Only take off for shower. It runs extremely good. Love to see how the PR subdial gains power by the days.

In what way are you thinking with 'good'?

Re: Crown wobble on 2nd position - normal?

I checked on mine (bought it new from CW) and the same crown action as yours. So I think that's normal. I would be more concern if the crown couldn't completely screw into the case due to malfunctioning stem etc.

Re: C65 Trident Diver SH21 LE

You only qualify for a refund if it's in unworn condition. That's not true if it isn't fit for purpose, which this clearly isn't. Don't rely on the 60:60, rely on your consumer rights. Edited to remove multiple quotes I did return my watches for full refund after worn them for quite few weeks witho...

Re: Delivery timescales

Union - I'd reach out to them to check on status. I may do tomorrow. I've been away for the last two weeks and have been a bit distracted. I think it'll help to get it expedited. Good luck. Exactly. Email them to check on status. In my case, I emailed Scott who was the CW Logistic Manager, now resi...

Re: Delivery timescales

[Update] The delivery of my C65 SH21: Now my parcel is held in custom. DHL is unable to make clearance due to incomplete commercial invoice provided by CW. DHL informed that the receiver information is incomplete. Instead of stating my name with full address, CW simply states NA. :? This never happe...

Re: Delivery timescales

I would expect 7 days timescale is the most. After Scott left (I guess, based on what he told me), the communications is rather quiet, slightly slower. My last order was a C65 SH21 with specific serial no. After 3 days with no delivery confirmation from CW, I emailed Scott, that was on Tuesday, abou...

Re: My C65 Trident GMT isn't waterproof!

My take on this situation is: If the watch failed a pressure test when CW received it, then they should put it right under warranty. Probably a replacement watch, as so many internal parts, not just the movement, will have been contaminated by seawater. If the watch passed a pressure test when CW r...

Re: My C65 Trident GMT isn't waterproof!

Hope the OP could share the reports from CW CS. It’s really really strange, especially for a Swiss made dive watch. What makes the warranty void? Or indeed the water ingress is not part in the warranty? Definitely CW CS team would claim the OP didn’t / forgot to push the crown in hence caused the in...

Re: New CW owner confused

I continue to buy their watches, and fully support the brand, because I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. This is from visits to their showroom, prompt replies to emails and polite, well-informed and efficient telephone calls to them. Same for me too. I had, in the past issue wit...

Congratulations, I’m sure you’ll enjoy the watch, particularly with your desired serial number Thank you, Daniel. Indeed, I enjoy all CW watches. They never fail me. Solid watches, excellent timekeeping, This serial number reminds me of my birth year, how blessed I am to be living in this beautiful...

Re: For those that want the logo at 12 o'clock - Here you go, C65 SH21 LE

I actually really like this watch. The C65 is my favourite current CW line and this is another great addition. I don't think the dial is too cramped, I think its balanced well and the CW logo at 12 adds to this on this particular model. Agree with you. I ordered yesterday. Emailed Scott to reserve ...

Good info, thanks. Just knew other British brands. Love Farer watches for their designs and colour combinations.
