Firstly I hope you recover quickly Alex and it continues to be mild symptoms for you mate ;)
I'm also in the same boat of the Aquitaine, I like it.....but I feel as you say it's a grower and definitely one you have to see and feel before it clicks with you.

It's a very fiddly business to be fair, tiny screws etc etc but well done for giving it a go and you have something to enjoy now that's personal to you.
