Re: NOT INCOMING | C60 Trident Auto with Blue Bezel
Guys lets take a step back here - there is no lynch mob nor any frigging of the system. Firstly I had been in contact with CW prior to the sale of the watch and no mention was made that is was sold. The purchase was made within minutess of this conversation and it was showing as 'in stock' when the ...

Re: NOT INCOMING | C60 Trident Auto with Blue Bezel
Yes I had a confirmation email. Since then I have spoken to CW via email and I have to say I have not been happy with their customer service. A half hearted apology and no offer of resolving the issue and I have been left feeling they are saying tough luck. I get the feeling they are under pressure ...

Sorry to hear the same happened to you. I suspect we are not the only disappointed customers either.

Re: INCOMING | C60 Trident Auto with Blue Bezel
Well I just checked my email to see I have received an email from Wera stating that they cannot fulfil the order since they no longer have the watch in stock. This is extremely disappointing since it was showing in stock when I placed the order and I received confirmation of the order being placed. ...

Re: INCOMING | C60 Trident Auto with Blue Bezel
I can only imagine some people don't like the blue when it finally arrives through the post then send it back for a black one or a refund. Personally I do like a blue dial/bezel watch and once owned a Omega Seamaster 300M. I regret selling the Omega but looking forward to a similar one from CW.

I meant a cheaper version of the C70Helix Von Smelix wrote:Didn't see a cheaper version?NMS75 wrote:£600 for a COSC quartz? As much as I like the C70 series that is just too much IMHO.
Forget the COSC and go for the cheaper version - quartz are pretty accurate anyway!

Re: Aversion to black date wheel?
I personally like having a date on my watch. What I cannot stand is watches that also have the day.

Great looking C8! I have often looked at this watch and will probably end up buying one someday. Love the IWC too!

Re: Deployment clasp question
Thanks for your reply. Probably easier just to buy a new strap with a single central line of holes. I just wondered if a two-pin deployment clasp had ever been produced although I suspect not.

I have to say I rather like Archimede watches and have considered adding one of their designs to my collection. This 42mm bronze model is lovely!

Re: Watching Paint Dry..........
I used to be a big fan of Apple products, had an iPhone, iPad etc. However, more recently I have moved over to Android based products and feel much happier with them. Apart from being generally cheaper they are more functional. All that said I still think the iPod is a great product and better than ...

Deployment clasp question
When buying a watch with a leather strap I tend to remove the buckle and fit a deployment clasp. Recently I have purchased a watch with a strap that has one of those buckles with two prongs. I have never come across a deployment clasp that is designed for such straps - does anyone know if they exist...
