Re: SOTC Iain March 2024

Classy collection indeed Iain. The IWC and PO are my picks with the omega not far behind.
As for the ingenieur… no problems justifying it is worth the high price? Massive premium v the mk xx with the same iwc movement. Nice watch but far from cheap!

sort of a c3 chronograph mk iii? It was always going to be quartz and I think it is a nice design but how many times can CW say this is our last quartz ever? Personally I think it is good that they have a quartz option again and a highly accurate one at that. I am totally over any mechanical s...

Providing the sub dials are at 3, 6, 9 (or at most very slightly above the 3-9 axis), with a useful 12 hour count...

Re: New CW Sealander Chronograph

Looks interesting. Like the applied numerals. As to the is it quartz or mechanical question, surely it’s mechanical. It says chronometer on the dial. Doesn’t that only apply to mechanical watches? Pretty much every quartz watch ever made can p**s on the COSC standard of -4/+6s per day. Des You get ...

That case thickness is seriously impressive. How on earth have they managed that!

Fantastic watch and probably only slightly harder to get hold of than the new bioceramic snoopy one!

Still think these are great looking, robust watches and despite the size would like to try one one day.

Something I'd never considered. The Casio-Gsteel B600 which I'm liking a lot. https://youtu.be/TVW-EBX896U?si=dUo1M-kZm9kkGL21 Screenshot_20240320_161721_YouTube.jpg Regards Steve I think the dimensions of this will make it really popular and the price stacks up very well against the metal casioak
