Re: Trouble with the GMT hand on my Trident GMT

I’d a similar issue with my MkI C60 GMT. It was, if I remember correctly, £30 for CWL to fix.

The C65 Blue GMT is tempting with 30% off.

Re: CWL of the day

Still wearing this one and still thinking about selling it to make way for a C65 GMT. I’m unusually torn about this. I don’t think I’ve a need for two GMT watches, but I do like the C65. #-o

Re: New oak leather C2/C20 Lido straps in stock

I’d say the C2/20 straps are the same shade as the oak leather straps on the site. I own both and while I have not compared them side by side, they look the same to me.

Here you go Barry: new straps delivered today.

I use an old butterfly claps on mine rather than a tang buckle. It keeps all logos the same.

The two straps were delivered with two sets of bars and screws.

Re: Lotus Seven Club C3

The credit needs to go to everyone who bought a ticket. Without that, I’d have achieved nothing.

Re: What would you like to see next?

That’s easy. :D

Black ceramic case (like the C1000) diver with tritium markers and hands (like the C600). Ideally with an SH21 movement.

The strap looks damaged to me 🤔 was it delivered like this?
Sorry, I should have been clearer. This is one I’ve had for a while. I’ve clearly knocked it on something. The new ones have not arrived yet.

Re: Lotus Seven Club C3

I know that only too well. My Mum has been suffering from Alzheimer’s for a number of years. Another reason why I was happy to support Race Against Dementia.

Re: Lotus Seven Club C3

As a post script to this thread, last year I bought the ‘last’ club watch in a clearance sale. I plan was to auction it for the L7C club charity, Race against Dementia. I posted about this on the club forum, and it was suggested that a raffle might raise more. £10 per ticket and open only to club me...

Re: Possible Trident MKII 43mm to Trident MKIII 42mm case swap?

Able to? Possibly. Although it would depend on a lot of factors. Willing to? No. CWL have always refused to do this sort of bespoke work.
