Re: Edinburgh GTG - Chat with Chris - Saturday 19th January 2019

What a great event it was yesterday. Congratulation to all who were involved in organising it. I encourage everyone to find an event like this near them. If there is one then try to go along. The one thing I’d suggest is introduction time at the start or name tags. I did meet and chat to forum membe...

I have two and I love mine. One IPK and one steel. Two very different looking watches IMO. Photos (again!) below.

Re: January Sale 2019

My C7 Aurtomatic Chronograph arrived yesterday. All I can say is “wow”. If was a watch I was slightly unsure about. I was prepared to send it back, but no chance! I can’t take photos that do it justice. A few things jumped out. The case is mostly brushed, but with lovely polished highlight...

Fantastic collection Gary.

I keep looking at the Hornet, then remember that I’m trying not to buy any more black watches. It does look great.

Re: Gumtree C60 Bronze - patina developing

Having had this watch for a year now, this feels like a good time for a final photo update. It’s far from work every day, or even every day, but the patina has developed just as I hoped it would. It’s a watch that I really like and I’m please that I own. https://i.imgur.com/itrte2x.jpg https://i.img...

Re: January Sale 2019

A C7 chronograph auto in the Nearly New section at 60% off. The saving of an extra £68 tipped the balance.

Re: C40 Speedhawk variants

I’d agree with that. There were two versions as Proodscot says, which would have had different straps. My shown below.

^^^ Very nice.

Are they quick release?
If not what do you use, Burgeon 6767F or 6767S?

Thanks.
Not QR, so I use a 6767F.
