Re: C65 - which bracelet?

Arrived last week but only managed to take some quick comparison shots now. Overall, not that much of the departure as what everyone might be thinking. (QR is fitted with the watch. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/48791721347_71b2b2978e_z.jpg The most dramatic change is on the buckle.(QR one on...

Re: C65 - which bracelet?

Looks like the quick release bracelet for the C65 line is now live on the CW website [emoji106] : https://www.christopherward.com/straps/bracelets/c65-trident-22mm-bracelets Ordered mine a couple of days after their London G2G & shipped a week afterwards. Havent received mine and hopefully will...

Re: C60 GMT now available in 40mm

Plus I need to see if the new design can get me past the 9o'clock logo as I do like the full GMT and lumed bezel. I must admit that I was a bit anti for quite a while but the C65 diver just blew me away and I got used to it. Same here, the C65 was the first model I bought with new logo and it's gro...

Re: FLE #8 - major changes

I do like the look of white dials and want to add one to my meagre collection at some point. Not too fussed on the burgandy hue of the ceramic bezels though.

Re: FLE #8 - major changes

Even Rolex struggle with red coloured ceramic on their GMT, looks kinda pinkish in certain light. Something like this all grey coloured ceramic (which was a previous alternative at the very start of the process) is closer to what's possibly available to us. Just not sure it's distinctive enough for ...

We don't know at the moment. That will be a point of detail to work out once we get a sense of where people want to go with this FLE, I guess.

Re: FLE #8 - major changes

A two-tone ceramic bezel is no longer an option. Hence why there is no point in a re-run of the most recent poll: the options are no longer available. A single-colour ceramic bezel on the C60 Mk3 is still an option. If we want a two-tone bezel on the C60 Mk3 then it has to be aluminium. Would we be...

Re: FLE #8 - major changes

This is what I was thinking yesterday. This FLE was going to cost around £1000 so all potential purchasers want it to be a perfect design for them. Totally understandable as £1000 is quite a bit of money for what might be a 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc etc watch in a collection. This limits the potential for ...

Re: FLE #8 - major changes

From what Kip has said I think the two tone ceramic option is not happening for this FLE. I'm sure at some point in the future it will make an appearance in the regular line up. As for another vote in this design, I would be up for that too but unless it's a straight up red lollipop option or nothin...

Re: FLE #8 - major changes

Thanks for the update Kip! I can understand the reasons behind moving to an aluminium bezel due to a lack of numbers and prohbitive cost on a small run. I think its a massive step backwards in terms of durability. Personally I wouldn't buy one with an aluminium bezel. Far too easily marked and most ...

Re: FLE #8 - Poll #5

The main issue with getting this any further is getting enough people to decide on how much red paint to put on the second hand.

4 weeks for a priority repair, and 8 for a regular one.

I had a priority repair that came in at 5 weeks.

Ian
That's a similar timeframe I had with a recent warranty repair.

I've watched all of them and think they are really useful for most people.

Re: C65 - which bracelet?

I've have the new style bracelet sitting in the basket and just can't make my mind up whether to go for it or not.

I don't know if it will be enough for me to wear the C65 vintage diver more often or if the lack of date means it's time for it to go.
