Re: Chrono Misalignment Help!

The movement is the same that is in the C3 Malvern Chronograph Mk III. The resetting procedure is also the same. You may wish to download the C3 Mk III manual from website so you have it.

I am glad that you guys have had some fun today at the expense of the Admin Team. All rules suggestions in this thread will be taken under advisement. :silent: In reference to the subject at hand, on behalf of the Admin team, I would like to say that we did overreact to the the direction of this thr...

Volunteers requested

Do you have some free time? As some of you may be aware, The Admin Team has been diligently working at creating a new CW Archive for the Forum and CW. We are now prepared to test our beta version over the next several days and are looking for up to 6 volunteers to check it out and review for errors....

Re: CW Customer Service - Time to give Up

Great work lads, but it serious on what's going on at CW towers. Remember they still have my watch, haven't got a clue what's happening to it. Kip is very quiet on this. Must be fed up by now on keep defending the shambles that is CS at CW I am finding it hard to find where I have been defending CW...

Re: Another CS nightmare (still in progress)

And what would you have me say or do? I think an acknowledgement of the issue, and maybe an email to Mike to ensure he is aware of it would be appropriate. You were more than willing to do exactly that for another poster a week ago. I will concede that I could have acknowledged the issue(s) in this...

Re: Another CS nightmare (still in progress)

2 days, 4 pages, and radio silence from Kip. Maybe he's thrown in the towel as well? And what would you have me say or do? CW is well aware of these problem topics. Mike France has already issued a statement. I am certain he has discovered that not all old issues have been resolved, despite what he...

Re: Change in 60 Month Warranty Policy?

Wow! I post a few random thoughts and I get accused of making crazy statements, trying to spin this issue favorably and having blind faith in the brand. So be it. While I am no lawyer and agree that the warranty verbiage needs to be consistent in manuals and on the website, I will maintain that it i...

Re: Change in 60 Month Warranty Policy?

Things I have thought about reading this topic... What if……CW double their 60/60 program to 60/120 with the same caveats (3-4 year service). Would that make those who feel a service is unfairly required under the 5 year warranty feel better? Why is it that most manufactures warranty ends before serv...
