If this had come with blue dial I would buy it in a heartbeat. Hopefully it will be made!

I'm struggling to visualise a blue C65, particularly in the current C60 blue. I think you run the risk of trying to accomodate all colours on all models - blue is already available on so many others, is it really necessary to include it on the C65?

Unusually for me I like the white face but not the black. What might have made this watch an absolute must have for me would have been a choice between silver and charcoal faces.

I'd be less impressed with the C60 blue than I would be with the nice new C3/C5/C9 blue.

Necessary, no. Nice as an option, yes, why not? Choice is good.

Don't see how a Trident can have anything like the C3/5/9 blue dial. The dials there are flat brushed metallic surfaces with the sunburst effect. The Trident dial is a plasticky surface with waves and grooves in it. Light is going to play off the surfaces very differently.

Having bought one of these yesterday - and reading the review this morning (kind of the wrong way round) - I agree entirely with this very positive review- for me the C65 is the nicest CW i own. Early days but if someone was looking for one CW this would be the one i would plum for.

I really like the white faced model. I'll be keeping an eye on if it gains the SH21 in the future, as that would be a fantastic purchase.

Thanks for the early review mate ;)
I figure it will be a prized watch in my collection if/when I get it.

Great review and although I am late to the party this is the nicest CW have brought out recently. My only "Gripe" would be that I would have liked them to do a rubber strap option especially on a 150m WR watch. Looks great for a real holiday watch to be worn everywhere.

Perfect all round watch well done CW, one for the shopping list.

A little late to the party but wanted to put in my two cents, since I've come so close to buying one myself but always hesitate.

I think the main reason for that is its just too bland, yes it is a dress watch, but just a spark of contrast and color and this watch would be AMAZING, I am really hoping the forum FLE 2015 results in a C65, if some of the ideas I've seen materialize i would buy it in a flash and pay a lot more than current price to do so.

Most notably a trident logo instead at 12' position, and blue hands indices and this would be a real stunner

Only just got around to reading this review .. excellent. Being a proud owner of a C65 myself I can thoroughly recommend one. Mine has the black face but the white, in this review, looks just as good ... can't justify buying one of each though!

Somehow I missed this watch at the Christopher Ward SalonQP stand. Now I've read the review I might have to consider it.

Is the c65 the same case as the c60?

If so, would the c60 rubber strap fit?
