Fears collaboration

Post by NationOfLaws »

Is the Dune that’s being previewed today the same as the collaboration Fears is teasing on their instagram page?

And does the swish logo on the lug mean that Christopher Ward has finally admitted defeat on the rebrand and has decided to sell the logo to another brand, clearing the way for the Chr. Ward logo to return, as heralded by the no-logo Bel Canto?!??!?!????!11?!

No, that's a limited edition watch to raise money for the Alliance of British Watch and Clock Makers.

Nice! I’ve really liked what Fears are doing. This should be really cool. Thanks for that.

So I went to buy a watch, and the man in the shop said "Analogue." I said "No, just a watch."

Yes, afraid I have to agree.

Although having worked for over 25 years around the corner from Brunswick Square and for the last 15 years close to Redcliff Street in Bristol, a Fears watch is going to have to be my retirement gift to myself :)

And me, looks like a toy watch!!

A nice clean dial. I like it.
When I first saw it I thought of the Chanel Monsieur. But the hour is placed.on the bottom and the minutetrack is treated differently.

I of course prefer the Fears/CW Alliance 01.
My wife thinks I have a watch problem. I'm a glass half-full guy, I think of it as a healthy interest in horology ;)

I’d pick one up if it wasn’t $4k. One day.

Fabulous. Stunning. Wow. Love it.

The price? Well? If you know and understand what Fears as a brand is all about; then you'll buy one.
