Crockpot Chili with sweet potatoes and a little bit of cocoa powder. Perfect food for wet and dreary weather!

Perfect indeed! This weather has been lousy. I’m intrigued by the sweet potatoes.

A suggestion from my missus. I think they were overall neutral although we only had about half of what Meghan thought was sufficient! :)

It’s time for those Autumn Slow Cooker Specials again. “Drunken Pig”. Pork steaks marinated in cider (not the French stuff) and cooked with onions, garlic and red pepper…and lots of coriander. It will be finished with cream and Calvados.

Steve, I’m trying to sell my bungalow at the moment, timing a bit wrong, but if it comes off I will be moving to either Norwich or Lowestoft. I will let you know if it happens and will be round for dinner

Bambi Ossobuco with polenta and cavolo nero.

Washed down with a proper valpolicella.

I go to the east coast, Warner's at Corton. Lowestoft is traffic hell. We've never indulged in a day trip to Norwich, but I'm sure we will one day. Good luck wherever you settle. :D

Norwich is my favourite city, but born and bred in the Lincolnshire fens not sure if I could cope with city life :? Very nice for a few days holiday but living there not so sure
Lowestoft, Oulton Broad area, now I think that would do me nice
So if there are any members from that area that would like to move to Spalding and do a house swap, must be 3 bedrooms, PM me
