Here are some quick shots - apologies for the quality.

Fantastic and subdued shade of green.

I can't believe it, but I have gone from thinking green isn't for me, to now seriously thinking of getting one. It seems the most "serious" and (strap) matchable of the 4 coloured ones.

It hasn't taken long to decide that the 'Lucerne Blue' C63 LE isn't for me as the colour's a bit too full on. Shame as CW kindly sorted my birthyear serial number as well.

It's unworn, fully stickered and on a bracelet with the coloured strap.

Just let me know and I'll knock up a post in sales corner. I'll give it the weekend before returning it.

^^thats a shame but I get where you're coming from. It is a full on dial, no two ways about that but luckily for me I was specifically looking for something loud and summery.

Yeh, it's exactly as shown on the site, but I wanted to see it in person and decide. I really like the Atoll's dial colour, but not convinced by the C63s. Big part of it is definitely down to the style/size of the watch though.

Steve & Neil, phew, panic over!
Here is a completely unnecessary shot of my blue. Will be changing to yellow tonight for a bit.

Love it, Paul - and on the bracelet a watch that could be used in pretty much any setting.

I will learn to live with the yellow though - it's a bit left field for me and one for a sunny day with t-shirt and shorts.

From the photos I've seen, I really like the look of the yellow dial.

Thank you! You have fully assuaged any doubts I have about the green. It is the least summery/vibrant of the 4, but that is definitely still a fun color! Too bad I have to wait til halloween to get my hands on it haha

That yellow dial looks fab.

I'm happy that that's the colour I chose. Shame it's not being delivered until Monday. Ah well.

^^^ Monday?

Mike F hand delivered mine this afternoon….

Offered him a glass of wine, if he agreed to adjust the bracelets.

He said you must be joking, they are a bit tricky. :)

Part (or all of this post) may be imagined.

Chap I know is selling his sold out blue dial…

Probably worth a punt. :)

It's definitely worth a punt. Ignore Ryan, the poor fella had clearly lost his marbles. Someone pick that up because it is really cracking. Trust me as a man with a full quota of marbles

Well, here we go with some pics of my C63 white dial (36mm) next to some other 36mm and 39mm (BB58), 40mm (Exp II) and 41mm (Acquitaine) watches.

There is no single measure that will predict if a watch wears/appears small or large. It's combination on case diameter, case design (size of crown and crown guards), lug-to-lug distance, lug design (fat vs slim, long vs short), bezel (brushed, polished, fluted, width in relation to dial diameter/case size), dial color, lighting conditions, angle of view, and any combination of these elements.

Some personal observations:
- In terms of wearing experience, the C63 is closest to the OP36mm given similar L2L and lug/case design. Visually, the OP appears a little smaller because of the smaller dial, the polished bezel and think the case might a few MM's smaller than the C63.
- The (relatively big) white dial with the brushed bezel make the C63 have a strong presence on the wrist. See below the comparison with the Exp II where the difference in case design is obvious but the C63 does not look small in comparison
- C63 shows as bigger compared to the Exp and DJ given the lug design, crown guard and much bigger crown
- Was surprised how similar the C63 appeared next to the BB58
- the Acquitaine is obviously a bigger watch but the 5mm on paper don't translate into the C63 being small.

Anyway, hope this helps giving some perspective.

Very interesting comparison - many thanks for that.

It does appear to wear slightly larger than I expected. Looks good though.

(Ps the white grape OP looks great too!)
