That was our understanding also, and we are discussing it.

I think you are right! That is what I get for doing 3 things at once! Having a note on the difference versions released would be helpful.

Good work! As others have noted completely not what I was talking about though

That's a recollection I have too; except I've not got the V1 to verify it (unidirectional).
The one detail that's missing on the archive, because when it was made there were no bidirectional bezels. I wonder if it could be added?
Thanks for pointing out the missing info regarding the C60 Abyss GMT. The Archives have been corrected to show that both SW330 movements were utilized for this model. A notation has also been made under the model notes briefly describing the differences.

No, no, it's still not right - the button's greyed out. That means someone bought the last one, and very quickly

One of the watches I scored from those recent sale was this Elite 1000 prototype. It lacks the chronometer rating, and also features a solid case back—which I prefer in tool watches. Notice the larger-than-usual hour hand.

Murphy20 wrote: Thu Jul 07, 2022 4:44 pm I’ve just picked up an Abyss GMT. I previously bought one earlier this year, and after a period of indecision whilst it sat in the box I returned it to CW.

I’ve frequently lamented this decision and secretly hoped that one might become available in the next sale.

This time I’m taking it straight out of the box, removing any tags, having the bracelet resized and keeping it
Only I didn’t do any of that, I deliberated and deliberated once again and returned the watch to CW this morning.

It’s a definite case of ‘it’s not you, it’s me’. It’s a lovely watch - beautifully made, really great bracelet, perfect size - just for some reason it’s not for me. I’m assuming it may appear in the Clearance section once checked over, in case anybody is after one.

Which brings my current CW collection to…none 🙁

Now, waiting for the next discount voucher so I can replace the white Sealander three-hander I let go a while back 🤦‍♂️

I promised myself I would resist in this sale, and almost managed it, until this popped up… oops :problem:

I've had my eye on this very model, since I saw it announced... I love C65s, so finally going to see what all the fuss is about with these Aquitaines
