That sounds like a typical solution to the puzzle at the end of the game show "3-2-1" from the eighties where you could, but never did, win the car. Even when you knew the answer it still made no sense

...and I thought some people wanted to get rid of the MF logo!
The sketch of the Aquitaine that was teased in Loupe did potentially look like it had the twin flags at 12 and possibly no CW logo at 9. I guess we will find out imminently.

^^
You’re right about 3-2-1!
Anyway, in more up to date news, the logo isn’t changing but from now on its only going to be on the crown. It’s the CW really-big-crown range...

If Eris had been around these days (she was a goddess, by the way) she would probably have been the ultimate Internet troll. That apple caused a lot of trouble for a lot of people.

Best logo by a country mile. Unfortunately, like every dog, it has had its day.

Re: Is the logo changing soon?
That’s what I heard! The crown is 40mm and houses the movement, dial and crystal. The case is just a 10mm piece of steel with “Chris W.” hand etched slightly off center. Can’t wait to have it on my wrist.

Re: Is the logo changing soon?
Not quite the way Reise became RZE, but if CW decided it was politic to disassociate themselves from the eponymous Christopher, a renaming to.perhaps CWL (or something else) might solve multiple problems over time.

You're all wrong, they're going extra disruptive and pushing the envelope of innovation with a never before seen method of branding.....
TWO date windows! One at 3, one at 9.
The date at 3 o'clock.
The brand name at 9 o'clock.
Every hour, you'll see a bit more, enticing you to stare lovingly at the watch face... the first ever digital/analogue mash up of watch face symmetry...

Re: Is the logo changing soon?
If a name change is on the cards then Christopher Ward is an anagram of Crow Hard Hipster.
Changing the brand name to that would give everyone something to crow on about….

Iain’s Law: Any discussion on the Christopher Ward forum, irrespective of the thread title or subject matter, will eventually lead to someone mentioning the Bel Canto if the thread continues for long enough.
