Ive seen Foos a good few times and while im sat playing a few playlists, I remembered the last time I saw them. It was at the Etihad stadium in Manchester in 2018.

I remember it for 2 reasons. Taylors drum solo blew my mind clean open, and Daves kid was sat on a speaker on stage while he sang. Cool. Just too cool.

I just bought a Essential T-Rex CD, and I am listening to that. Current track is "Summertime Blues" - yes the Eddie Cochran song. It's a good selection of tracks as well as all the hits. Next up might be the best of Creedence Clearwater Revival.

After Joe Messina died last week, I checked him out on YouTube.

Because of this search I found Joan Osborne, you have to listen to her version of “What’s Become Of The Broken Hearted”

Joe Messina was part of The Funk Brothers, who featured on the backing tracks of about 95% of the Motown hits.

If you like Motown, you’ll love “Standing In The Shadows Of Motown”. It’s on YouTube, an amazing 1hour 47 mins of magical music.
Basically, I'm for anything that gets you through the night. Be it prayer, tranquilizers or a bottle of Jack Daniels, Frank Sinatra

All You Need Is Love, The Beatles

Mr Blue Sky - ELO. What an upbeat, cheerful tune.

Thanks for this, I had completely missed its existence until today. Just had a quick listen and think it deserves a 2nd proper listen👍
