^^^Neil it looks like you have been tangoed as they say!!
Going back to the thread, my collection is quite modest compared to some on here however my most unique watches are probably:
CW 2012 Forum Limited Edition C60 Trident Scooter - see scooter's post above, 1 of 50.
Tudor North Flag - the first Tudor to have both their in house movement and a sapphire case back
Panerai Luminor Marina - I'd say the design of this watch with the crown guard is fairly unique compared to the rest of my more mainstream watches. I hated it when I first got into watches, when I tried one on then I fell for it and had to have one.

Re: Most unique watch you own
Mine would be my Zodiac, bought from a guy in the States second hand, from our own "Other brands" sale page. The hands are on clear discs, the second hand a dot looks like they are floating. Very happy with it. Supposed to be limited edition to 250 on the silver face (which is mine) or Blue. Never seen any of those. My 1914 Trench watch is rather rare as well. Sadly I don't know anything of it's history. Still works, could use a service but rarely worn. I keep it as a reminder of how lucky we are that those men (and women) who died for us are not forgotten.

Id offer you 3 lungs, 4 kidneys, and a brain not geared for maths in trade for that thing....!
Its possibly/probably the coolest cw ever made!
Re: Most unique watch you own
I know theres a lot of prototypes kicking around. Most are stunning. Some are even better..!
I have 4 prototypes but my pride & joy is the 1of1 ZW TT30. Not only is the watch utterly beautiful, but the craftsmanship in it is epic. As an added personal touch, Andrew personalised all the books etc to my name. Small touches make all the difference to me.....

It's a very rare 1945 IPI Watch Co Chronograph...
...I forgot to add, I paid £700 for the watch the same as a
C63 Sealander Automatic.

Re: Most unique watch you own
For me, it's my Ebel 1911 BTR Perpetual Calendar..Perpetual Calendar's w/ automatic movements are often difficult to afford for many of us..this baby was a slow seller at it's suggested retail price point(around $33,000.00)..I managed to pick mine up for $3,500.00 from a fellow Ebel affectionado that had picked up 2 of these from the Movado Watch Shops a couple of years ago..here's a couple of old pics that I need to improve upon..
Hopefully, these are better pics of this BTR..

Ebels are a lot like women that lack a lowcut dress that zips up the side..neither gets the love that they deserve..

Kind of disappointing that a watch forum has the need for a manage foes feature. Sign of the times I guess.

Superb caseback. And, agreed, small touches and going the extra mile are what it's all about. They are what keep customers coming back.Dickchins wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 3:23 pm I know theres a lot of prototypes kicking around. Most are stunning. Some are even better..!

Re: Most unique watch you own
I have a couple in my stable that would qualify, I think.
My Seiko 6309 from the 70s (I found it in my Grandfather's memory box). There are a ton of these old Seiko 5s out there so that in of itself isn't unique but I have never seen another one with this dial (although I am sure they exist given the numbers produced).
My C60 Ombré COSC LE. The dial finishing is hand done so they are unique in that manner. No. 67 of 300.

Life is not a matter of holding good cards, but sometimes, playing a poor hand well.

Most unique watch you own
While I own many LE watches and a few modified Omegas that are likely to be unique (thinking of my orange handed Gemini Speedy in particular), I’m going with two CWs as my most unique watches. One is a modded watch, or rather two watches combined, the other is a CW prototype.
The prototype is the Mk3 C7 Rapide in COSC day/date automatic form, with an orange mid-case and a blue dial (unused in day date form as well IIRC), which of course has the matching orange outer section of the minute track and a matching orange second hand.
The modded watch is a C60 Trident Vintage case, which features the satin finished ceramic bezel, fitted with the complete movement, dial and hands from a C600 Tri-Tech Elite. While easier than the similar C6 Kingfisher into C60 Trident Mk1 swap, it’s a bit of a fiddle and I don’t think the C60 movement in the C600 case sits as happily as this one does.
Here they are together…
