Really nice to see the green dialed Sealander on the green canvas strap in a forum picture. It gives me a much better idea of what mine should look like when it arrives. The more that I look at that picture, the better that I like the match between the watch & strap. CW did send me a dispatch notice & tracking number for my watch. By checking in, I could see that my watch package had been delivered to Heathrow on Saturday & flown across the Pond to Cincinnati, Ohio using DHL. With a sigh of relief, it looks like it has cleared U.S. customs. Now, I will wait for it to travel to Wichita before making the last leg of its journey to my doorstep. Although, I already own several CW watches, I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my GMT Sealander! :)

Based on that pic, I’ll take the Sealander over the AT. The ATs have never quite done it for me. Of course, that all comes down to personal preference.
I’d take the CW case and bracelet but the Omega dial and movement
Going from photos only, for me there's some element missing from the C63 Auto, maybe the bezel shape or the dial surface (on the white and blue at least) lacks some sort of contrast which is maybe why the green is popular. I'd take an AT any time please in exchange for a C63 Auto.

Thanks for posting this. Helps me massively in trying to gauge the size of the C63s and how they would wear.

That’s my only hesitation with the white. I love how it looks in pics that capture the hands in indices in such a way that they look almost black. In other photos however, where the angle does not highlight that contrast, the watch face looks very washed out.

My 2c on the white one. It’s very dependant on lights, how some rays of light reflect on hands and indices. Full blown it is in the sunlight (duh), and in dimmer offices with indirect lights it can be a bit meh.

Still I opted for it, as for me it competes with black version for most occasions it can be worn. Strap swap and on we go.

While I love the green dial, it can be a bit too much time to time.
I kinda feel like the white dial is a black car. Washed and polished the cooles looking but a dusty version is beaten by competition.

When I bought I really struggled with B vs W, only the more subbtle contrast with orange markings brought me to W variant.

DHL delivered mine at 8:45pm last night. Now that I see it on the light of day, I like it even better. It wears way bigger than my 38mm C60. Maybe even bigger than my 40mm C60. Two thumbs up for the dial treatment!

For fans of fiction, this would be the perfect colour set for house Greyjoy.

Has anyone posted any photos of the blue dial versions yet? I’ve had a bit of a rummage through the forum and can’t find any.

Edit: spoke too soon, just seen the photo in this thread of the 3-handler from a few days ago  Nevertheless, I’m particularly interested in the GMT…

I see more design cues shared with Grand Seiko GMT then Explorer 2.
Great to see those two side by side, I think the C63 holds up well in such company. Where the C63 is concerned, I think Prefer the thinner bezel along with the less bold 24h markers. I also like the thinner C63 case width where it tapers down to the lugs, the Rolex has greater width here. Finally, the more sparse dial text works for me too. Either way two fantastic watches, thanks for sharing the image. :D

No pics yet (tomorrow) but my green C63 GMT arrived today. I’ve adjusted the bracelet and it was nice to see that a half link is now included as standard.

It could be the rose coloured glasses of a new purchase, but this may well be my favourite CW of all. I say may, as the C6/60 Kingfisher in burnt orange has been my long time favourite CW; I’ve yet to put them side by side. I will say that the 39mm case size is just about perfect though.

How does the crystal diameter compare to the 40mm C60 - Is the Sealander’s larger?

I like any excuse to whip out the calipers…

The Sealander’s is larger by about 2mm, 31mm crystal for the 40mm C60 and 33mm crystal for the 39mm Sealander.

I also measured my 42mm C60, which came in at the same 33mm crystal as the sealander…

That’s good info to have. I find the size of the dial to be of more interest to me than the overall size of the watch.
