But of course. Last time I went there it was bombed-out boats and rats in the beer glasses. Love the octopus and the pig, Kari,

Great story, Steve. Holidays? Wozzat? In this part of the world we still can't travel to rural destinations and for the most part not interstate either.
But I was able to put my feet up with you for a little moment
Rather enjoyed that tin of Spam....
Yeah, CW have really got something there with the Sealander GMT, whatever the colour. Something to be said for a single fine watch as versatile as that when travelling and costs neither arm nor leg. I'll stick with my white one though.

Re: GODO. It went. Did it do?
^^^ It sure is a good one, Chris.
As regards the travelling it was very straightforward, the paperwork was a bit tiresome but I breezed through all the airports.
Because it wasn’t particularly crowded, and the holiday consisted mainly of outdoor living and alfresco dining (my room was pretty much just for sleeping in) I felt much more comfortable and safe in Greece than I do in the UK. The only downside was having to keep the mask on pretty much all the time through the airports and on the flight itself. It was tempting to try to make a gin and tonic and a small tube of Pringles last for a LONG time on the plane!

Lovely write up, clearly a much needed holiday.

And the predominant colours are highly significant. I do think the Greek flag was rather well chosen.
