favourite would be Indian cuisine but Italian would be a close second.

I love all kinds of food. A few spectacular dishes that come to mind are bubble and squeak in Cirencester, lobster bisque in Oslo, truffle pasta in Graz, haggis in London, truffle and parmesan fries in New York, panforte in Montecatini Terme, not mention absolutety gorgeous menues from different countries I have been fortunate enough to visit.

However, one cuisine is a clear favourite of mine: the Italian. But I wouldn’t want to forego the others.
