Hi all,
seeing that here is the fountain of knowledge.......
I have a Seiko sports 150 chronograph with alarm from 1998. 7T42-6A00
Seiko say they can't repair as they claim to not have the bits for it anymore.
It is working except for the alarm/ count down chimes
Does anyone know a Seiko specialist who maybe able to help? I know the watch is not worth much, but I hate our culture of "throw away" when something is old (hence I still have the same wife!)
cheers Jimbo
suggestions where I may get my Seiko fixed?

I'd suggest contact George, happy for you to mention me by name Pete Ansbro, and him saving & servicing my 7T34 fleet and a few others.
Covid hasn't been kind to George's work/life balance so you'll have to see if he's taking in work at the moment and what kind of turnaround time to expect. He's in Berlin btw.
