Congrats, Chuck! Really sweet piece.
Thanx John!!..

Very nice Chuck - a direct competitor to the CW C8PR, in-house calibre and PR indicator. I guess too much of a bargain to pass by?

Another good looking Seiko.

Looks like you have a few. :)

I reckon it would be possible to put together a varied and interesting collection by sticking to Seiko alone.

Again, thanx!!..like you, I have a 'thing' for the PR indicator on watch faces...and yes, the allure of owning a sports-style watch w/ the Cal. 111 movement has been hard for me to ignore..in the seller's ad, he said he'd only worn it a dozen or so times, and by the look of it, I believe it..and I picked it up for only $2,375.00 plus tax & shipping...interestingly enough, the seller needed the $ to help fund the purchase of a Rolex Yacht Master!!..btw, the Oris Cal. 111 is much easier to wind compared to the CW SH21 movement..highly recommended if you have a wrist that can comfortably support a 44mm wide case.. :)

Nothing like a mesh bracelet and a black and white photo to make you think of the 60s.
