Welcome to the forum Gabriel. Fantastic photos you posted of the C65 Ombre (which is one of my favourite watches in CW's current range) especially the macro shots of the dial .

Welcome to the forum Gabriel. That was a wonderful review. Both your review and the watch received some very positive comments. Thanks for the lovely photographs and the chance to work my poor French skills again.

I live in France, so please forgive my mistakes in language.
Aucun problème là, vous vous faites comprendre très bien.Votre revue était impeccable, surtout vu que c’était la première! Je l’ai lue avec plaisir, tout en regardant tant de belles photos.
Bienvenue chez les
(Welcome, no problem, great review & pics)
C'est génial !!
Je continuerai en anglais pour ne léser les autres Et puis cela m'aidera à pratiquer un peu.
I tried to make a review as height as those we can found on "Forumàmontre" some are exceptional and I wanted my review to reflect my idea of a review. Clear, detailed and full of photos to get a more precise idea of the watch.

@Thegreyman - nice one Patrick.
You're on a bit of a roll what with this and your PO. Anything else going to creep into your collection?

Thanks Guy, yes those two recent additions and a couple of bracelets have left the watch fund officially dry for a while. Still I have plenty to enjoy wearing with what I have, so can't complain.

Well I’ve said a few times how much I like the Ombré so time to put my money where my mouth is, so to speak
A couple of further (positive) thoughts to add.
1. The legibility of the watch is excellent. I was sitting in my living room last night in fairly low light with only a couple of lamps on and it was easily readable, mainly due the the polished edges on the hands and indices.
2. Although being NN, the watch came with all protective covers on the bronze and looked absolutely untouched and new.
3. The packaging of the watch was very good and if it is more environmentally friendly then so much the better.

I think they look great but does anyone have any feedback on the durability of the distressed leather straps? I’ve been a little concerned that they’d wear faster than regular ones.
