There is still a cost to returning under the 60/60 I have never received postage back both ways.

I let them know the postage for sending the watch back, and I got a refund of that as well. The postage for initially sending the watch to me was part of the price that was refunded.

Interesting, cannot even remember now what it cost to send back but I know I did not get it refunded as I did not have a credit on my card. I also paid for next day delivery but only got the normal postage back, but I thought this bit was fair enough. I sent one other watch back a couple of years ago and did not get a full refund of postage then either. Both watches were returned for problems so I guess I really should have received my return postage costs back.
