Re: What's for dinner?
The antithesis of @downer / Richard's recent dinner, I haven't found mackerel yet, but this morning's breakfast was a Kipper.
Complete with well buttered brown toast and coffee.

Put two pork shoulders on the smoker last night at 6PM and pulled them off at 2PM this afternoon, wrapped them in heavy foil, and put them in a cooler to rest for 4 hrs before pulling them.

Re: What's for dinner?
Grilled oysters are done.
Grilled them to pop them open.
Shucked, cleaned, and topped (butter, shallots, garlic, bacon, Parmesan, and panko) - forgot the rest of the toppings in Denver.
Standing watch over them while they cook. Who needs a coat?
And viola!
