Farer have released their first chronographs. As with most of their pieces they have 3 models.

Farer Chronographs

I like the colours on the Cobb, but not sure about the different size dials.
I also like the chocolate ... very much.

I don't like any of them! There's some strange colour combinations on view. My verdict would be, 'trying too hard'.

Not for me either.

I know mixing various colours on one watch is their way but I wish they'd tone it down a bit.

The last one is quite pleasant , but as a farer watch owner I think that is too expensive for a not especially exciting movement.

Again the last one is ok, but why the green hand? Farer mix colours with gay abandon. The bronze crown is most out of place on these, why not bronze pushers too and maybe evn bronze subdial registers if the brown dial could be a reverse panda? The straps do not mach so well which is also why these pictures look a but iffy (can be changed as per usual i presume
I miss all the great things that may never be.

You certainly know a Farer when you see one. They don't really even need a logo..."man, that watch really shouts 'I'm here!'" "Yeah, it's a Farer."

I find the Farers always quite quirky and interesting. They do seem to come up woith quite random bright colour combinations on a lot of their watches, but that has some appeal to me. The Cobb is the one I'd probably buy, I do agree the subials being a different size will put off some people but I assume they are working on the principle that the chrono minute subdial is more important to be legible than the running seconds subdial. Quite pricey though at £1,675.

Don’t like any of these, whereas I do generally like most of what they produce.

I did not know this brand, thanks for the contribution. I will look at the web to see if any I like.

I’ve been keeping an eye on Farer brand, thanks for the heads up. I think I would probably still go with one of their normal automatics for a 1st purchase. As others have suggested Cobb is the one I like the most
