No second hand!

Someone may say it's a Quartz! :)

Only joking as the, almost as divisive as a Rolex, Royal Oak is one of the few watches I still hanker after.

Paul if you are looking for a simple no seconds watch, have you thought of the new C5 Malvern Air 595?

Pilot's watch with similar movement to a Breitling Aerospace, but more of a tooly look.

If you can put up with the standard blue rather than this limited edition smoked blue dial that has a platinum bezel then you can save yourself 16 grand or so!
Cheers now, Paul

Still dreaming of Rolex. Keep changing my focus. The circle is sort of looking like this at the moment:

Vintage datejust -> explorer 14270 -> explorer 16570 -> submariner -> air king -> no need to buy anything -> vintage datejust...

I had a bit of time to kill in Reading earlier and did some window shopping.

I'd have either of these, never seen them before, but lovely!

Breiling is going to make smaller and more traditional watches, according to the article posted in another thread. This looks beautiful. 8)
Automatic Navitimer 8 with Chronometer certificate. 41mm of diameter in satined steel for SFR 4150.-. Beautiful classic design only with style elements of the Bretiling board clocks and its pilots watches produced in the Atelier 8.
