Anyone know any details about a new Quartz Malvern mentioned in Andrew Henry's interview?

That’s not the air is it?

Thought that was supposed to be mechanical but I could be mistaken.

If you are referring to the blog, I don't see any mention of a new Quartz Malvern. :?

Kip...this is from the interview with AIfred Henry Technical and QC Manager on the site...

If you were to pick your favourite quartz model from the current CW lineup?

There are two that I like at the moment: one is the C7 Rapide Chronograph COSC Limited Edition (pictured above); the other is an upcoming quartz-based Malvern…

The last I heard from CW was that the C5 quartz was not going to be continued.

I have however noticed that there are now 18mm straps in the strap section with no watch currently to attach them to as the smallest I think there is now is 20mm ?

There are however many Malverns out there with 18mm lugs that will require new straps from time to time. It makes sense to carry them for previous models - just as they've reintroduced C2 straps.

After all, a lot of people prefer to go with OEM for strap replacement...

True Gary ;)
They hadn't done this before though but as you said they have reintroduced the C2 straps so makes sense.
