At least on my iphone7, if you leave “www” off of the url, it just gives you a blank page with an IP address.
I know how to fix this but don’t feel like pecking it out on my phone. I’m guessing the web folks know how to fix this as it’s usually extremely simple unless there’s something else amiss.

Re: Website US url issue
If it is the website, it may have had something to do with their "cyber attack" during their sale. I wasn't able to access either of their sites for over a week.

Re: Website US url issue
It's not working again....I have to type www.chris.......com for it to work. If I just type in christopherward.com, it shows a blank white screen with this in the upper left corner, "Your IP: 72.177.45.200"
I was going to do a screenshot, but it's only the above that shows up so this seems faster.
Just FYI in case CW staff is looking at this.

Re: Website US url issue
Is this perhaps a browser issue, rather than website?

I still can't access the main site either with or without www. and it's the .co.uk and .com websites from my android device whether at home (WiFi) or away 4g etc

Re: Website US url issue
CW has been looking into these issues and believes they should have it solved soon.
