I would have if not for my wrecking ball toddler son. I can hardly wear them now for fear of jam smearing and duplo bashing. That's why the cwc's and animals have had so much wear probably I hardly wear anything new thats nor a beater.
Tried it on again today. Almost pulled the trigger.
That's about right I guess. Two sizes maybe. A lot of fans prefer the 35mm Ahoi against the 40mm version for that reason
Did you ever decide to go for this??
There may be one less in stock now............

That means beaverbrooks (my predictive text spelt it as Beaver rooms lmao!) only has four left in the country. I might buy it Saturday. Keep thinking about it.
Congrats BTW! what a deal. Less than an seamaster simp
Today they added this one for £200 more. Not as cool though:

Snap, both of those are in my thoughts also and also unsure of dial colours....
would you go for the ceramic bezel Seamaster Diver? Seems a reasonable price at just under £3k rrp in ADs
I think I prefer the Seamaster 150 with the raised surround around the date.
Sounds like you've got a bit more knowledge and have done a bit more research than I have. I looked on Omega and filtered it to look at the smaller case sizes preferably under 40mm. I'm a long way off being in a position to be able to afford one and getting a purchase sanctioned

^^ i think you should get it and then make a bremont promotional video where your wee one plays patacake with the watch, drops it from high chair height, then rubs jam and snotters all over it, then holds it up to the camera to demonstrate that it's still ticking......
watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment

I tried on the blue version but neither look as.....iconic (I know, wrong word) or unusual to me as the alt1z.
When I got my blue alt1-p, I went in for the alt1-z but fell for the blue, so came home with it....... But I always wondered if I had made a mistake, so was delighted that you pointed out the -z in the sale!!
The blue is lovely, but the -z is extremely distinctive.
^^^^ The Alt1-Z is very distinctive. I normally have a fervent dislike of chrono subdials at 6, 9 and 12, but for some reason I like this one. Good price too...

Neil
If you can get past the munched numerals. (I know some can't)

Guy here is a review by someone over on TZ-UK. The OP is a serious collector, who still wears and buys stuff at this end of the spectrum, even though he has lots and lots of real high end stuff. Worth a read. http://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.php?3 ... ht=Ginault
