CWL of the day
Re: CWL of the day
A combination of the recent prototype sale, Chris's Sofa sale clean up and the hot sunny weather meant it was time to dust off the Orange Ceramic Trident prototype.
After the reference in the "Chat with Chris" to the difficulty of doing an orange ceramic and how all orange ceramic bezels are a bit dirty - I think I shall name this one the TP600DOC, or the Dirty Orange C.

Looks nice and orange when in the sun and turns a muted colour when indoors making it inoffensive in an office environment - what's not to likenbg wrote:A combination of the recent prototype sale, Chris's Sofa sale clean up and the hot sunny weather meant it was time to dust off the Orange Ceramic Trident prototype.

It's interesting...now that I have it, the colouring is a strange one.smegwina wrote: It is also a pretty much perfect match for the Elite!

Strictly speaking its not yellow...more on the edge of yellow and lime green...which makes finding an exact match difficult.
Might ping an email off to CW towers to get the official pantone colour if they have it.

With people posting pictures of their newly-acquired C2 FLEs recently I decided to wear my clearly inferior C20 Lido Automatic. I have spent the day gently weeping over my lack of blue bits...

The fat steel markers and guilloche pattern actually edge out the FLE; for me. Very classy watch.Scrogg wrote:With people posting pictures of their newly-acquired C2 FLEs recently I decided to wear my clearly inferior C20 Lido Automatic.
