Nice one Nick.

You'll be sure to have a enjoyable and memorable meal (I hope; as Tom K is looking like either there has been a disaster or he's trying to remember a recipe).

Thanks Guy.

A truly wonderful evening that myself and wifey were extremely fortunate to be a part of.

Tom Kerridge and Nathan Outlaw were superb, the whole evening was extremely relaxed and low key.

With only 8 guests it meant that while they were cooking, many questions were asked, answered and many tips received!

Oh, and the meal was phenomenal!!!

I won't bore you with photos.

Sorry Bern, forgot to add the piccies.

It was an amazing evening. I hope they repeat these guest evenings at the Shed, as they are really are a totally different experience.

It is amazing to see the professionals create the dishes. They make it look rather easy!

Because of the small number of diners (8), there is personal and relaxed conversation, with humour, banter, tips, etc etc. We were there nattering until midnight. All drinks included. (And there were a lot!).

You get a goody bag too

I must get myself to Cork again, not been for 20-odd years...and never as a tourist.
