Football Manager

Post by neil8fletcher3 »

Just wondered if anyone on the forum plays football manager or has played in there younger days? My career stopped with 11 which I didn't play much, but as we've just got a new laptop I was considering starting again but have been a bit put off after hearing how complicated it's got. Has anyone player the newer versions or still play an older one?

I'm currently enjoying 'Top Eleven' on the ipad. It's just like an early version of the CM games.

Hi Neil,

I played up until Si and Sega split...then had a few years off. I am however addicted again with 01/02 which a mate put on my laptop disk free.

Just like the good old days? My fav version was CM2.

Very much enjoyed the original CM, got a bit bored after CM3. Tried the newer ones but takes far too long for me to get interested, I loved the days of smashing through two seasons in a night!

Found out if you used steam to play the games before you can download them again so I've started with 09 and created an all star team using the editor
