Yes sir. I like the classic marine dial look and the blued hand very much,but don't care for the date window. Also, at 12mm thick, I think that's way to thick for a dress watch.

Exactly the same things blew it for me. Thickness of case and date window. Also, though not a major issue, I would have preferred IIII to IV. Otherwise, a beautiful "Marine".

I used to obsess about small seconds, but no longer regard it as that much of an issue. Also, I have slightly moved away from the Marine style.
Steve, why have you moved on somewhat from the marine look?
