Does anyone know what this might be? It is on the ceiling of a pub in Oakley Green near Windsor.

My guess is that this was not originally ceiling mounted. I am thinking a tabletop Wheel of Fortune or number spinner to be used in games of chance and betting.

Yep, I'd agree with Avo. Is it now near the bar by any chance? We have one in our local pub and it was used for games and gambling, but now sits above the bar and we use it to decide who's going to buy the next round.

It's a sign to go home - if you see that you are laying on the pub's floor :betrunken:

(but you can have a few pints more if you can lay on the floor without holding on)
