Collecting a watch purchased in sale

Does anyone know if i would be able to collect the C4 i purchased in the NN sale direct from CW?

I will be passing on Tuesday (29th) but will not be able to contact them before i travel as they are not open again til that morning, I have booked an appointment on the off chance as they're were only 2 around the time i could be there!?

As you've got an appointment booked it should be fine. I called asking if I could collect before and was told I could, but only if I had an appointment as they are tight for space. I collected the item and a few other bits during my 30 min slot.

I did once a couple of yrs ago so hopefully yours is the same straight forward case.

Just received an email asking me to call after 9 on said day and they will get my order ready.
