Ask for a C4SXS3 bracelet.

It looks like the current C7 bracelets with PCL's but has different shoulder pieces to fit the C4 case.

I no longer have a C4 to check it, Kip, but I'm fairly sure the C7 bracelets fit them as I recall that I had an old style C4 bracelet on my C7 at one time. If that fits, I'm guessing the reverse would be true... but I can't be certain that my memory is 100% accurate.

Fit....proper fit and security is the difference due to the shoulders being slightly different.
